Our Team

Lindsay Macfarlane, Principal and Founder of CatRockHill, has over twenty years of sales and marketing management experience. Prior to founding CatRockHill, Lindsay was vice president of strategic alliances at Heroix Corporation and a member of the senior management team. Lindsay began her tenure at Heroix as Director of North American Sales.

Before joining Heroix, Lindsay worked for Digital Equipment Corporation for over seven years in a variety of roles from finance to software product management, her final position being manager of the NetView Association, a Digital and IBM alliance program. She holds an MBA from Simmons Graduate School of Management.

Ann Dinneen, CatRockHill Senior Consultant, has over eighteen years of software product management and marketing experience. Previously, Ann was a product manager at RSA Security, and has held marketing management positions at Computer Associates and Digital Equipment Corporation. Ann began her career as a technical writer and editor, and has won numerous regional and national awards.  She holds a BA in Biology from Emmanuel College, in addition to coursework at both Boston University and Babson College.
